full court attack (full speed,pull up 3,15 footer or attack the rim)- 15 mins.

*on the shooting gun:
*100 3's from the wing's
*100 free throws
*100 one dribble pull-ups
*100 two dribble pull-ups
* 50 floaters

Off Day: lifting
*bench: 10,8,6,4,2,1
*squat: 10,10,10
*sit-ups: 25,25,15
*lunges w/ weights:20,20,20
*leg press: 15,15,15
*bicep curl: 10,10,10
*hammers: 15,15,15

After lifting shoot 25 free throws
