Unselfish.

My name is Dallas Peterman and I'm a 6'1" 180lb point guard from Carbondale, Illinois. Basketball has been/is/ and will be my life forever. I started playing AAU when I was 9 and I've been playing ever since. Even on the days we didn't have practice I was always outside bright and early perfecting my shot, practicing rebounding, running sprints, ball handling. My goal has always been to be the best all-around player possible. I grew up idolizing many players, but my goal has never been to compare, but to be the best that I can be, as Dallas. As I've gotten older, I come to understand all the dynamics of teamwork. How one player can't make a team himself, but how each and every player is equally as important because of the role they play in making the team function properly. Each player plays a part in helping everything go smoothly. And, I've always played the role of point guard to the best of my ability. I work hard, I listen, and I know how to step up and be a leader. I played football in college, as a safety but decided after a year that it wasn't for me. I'm only 20 years old, and don't wanna see my ability and love for basketball go to waste, because of me missing my opportunity after high school. I'm an ambitious kid, ready to contribute everything I have to any organization willing to give me the opportunity.
