My Workout

Jog around street for 30 minutes
Strech for 15 minutes
Shootaround for 30 minutes
20 Sit-Ups
Sprint(Suicides)for 20 minutes
Rebounding(keep throwing the ball on the backboard and rebounding it)
Ball Handling(practice crossover and 1 on 1 moves)for 30 minutes
Jump Rope
Exercises to improve vertical jump(calf raises)
Shoot around for 1 hr.
I do it 5-6 days a week and i am 12 years old
