Lookin to my Future

Hi my name is Christa Howard i live in San Angelo, Texas where its hot even in the winter time.

I'm 5'5 i weigh 139 and of course i'm female(haha). I was born on January 19, 1988 in Franfurt, Germany.

I did not play in college because i spent my time in the Marine Corp and i loved it! Since i was in the Marine Corp i do not have recent video.

Its funny how they ask for my story on here when in actuality i haven't even finished ch 3 of my life yet. Whats even funnier is how many pages have been taken up just with those three chapters alone.

I'm only 21 and a lot has happened in those years. From verbal abuse to physical.But everything that has happened i see them as blessings and they made me the basketball player i am today.

When things were not right at my house i would go outside and shoot for hours. Basketball is my savior and i am thankful for the experiences i have had.

When i hit high school everything that i had learned when i was younger helped. Ignoring ignorance, focusing on the goal an not the steps to get to the goal , humbling myself , and most importantly ,fight to the end....While i the marine corp i felt like i had wasted a lot of time not using the God given talent that i have.

I realized The pursuit of happiness is the chase of a lifetime! It is never too late to become what you might have been. I am blessed with God given talent that needs to be put to use. If not it will be wasted and that is something i do not want to happen and i determined to not let it happen
