Warm up-run around the track 4 times




-stretches for 2 minutes
1-fifty up close jumpshots to get your form perfect(made)
2-twenty shots just in front of the free throw line (made)
3-fifteen layups for each hand(made)
4-fifty shots made from both elbows
5-mid range jumpers fifteen made on each side
6-twenty bank shots made on each side
7-fifteen finger rolls made
8-right and left hand dribbling workouts
9-particular moves I have seen done in the NBA ex. Shake and bake or two step or shot fakes
10-freestyle shots (shoot around)
13-vertical power exercises
