Jordan's Story

My name is Jordan Jamon Dixon, I am 22 years old and love nothing more than to play basketball. I began my journey 4 years ago at Carson Newman College in Tennessee. I was a 3 year starter, 3-time All Conference performer, 3-year team captain, and 2-time MVP. I come from a Division 2 college that played in a very well known conference (South Atlantic Conference). I recently graduated from college this past December and would love to continue my basketball career overseas. I know my ability and understand that if given the right opportunity that I can be very affective. Like many other young men, my long time dream has been to play professional basketball. I have great work ethic and have been recognized as being a natural leader. I know it is extremely hard to make it overseas and in order to get over there you have to have notable contacts. coming from a smaller school and having a mediocre record it is a little more difficult to get my name out there than most other players. I have no doubt that i can and will compete with the top players no matter the location. Im not looking for sympathy but I am looking for an opportunity to prove that I deserve a chance just like the rest.
