I Call It...Insanity!

It's not my workout, of course, but it's a workout from the guys at Beachbody, who also have put out P90X. I've been doing Insanity for 2 months now. I'm 46, and was completely out of shape, really had no endurance on the court at all.
My pride was telling me I had to stop letting everyone by me, and I felt like a lead weight out there when I jumped.
So, my niece, who is 13, had the Insanity DVD, and I started doing it. I promptly strained my calf and got some unknown pain in my shoulder but I kept at it.
Insanity has a lot of good exercises for ballers, that directly related to jumping ability and quickness and agility. And Sean T really has a knack for keeping you motivated. I really can't believe how my I've improved with it and I'm blowing by people half my age now.
I definitely encourage it for b-ball.
