basketball workout ( for kids)
1. shoot around for one hour.
2. run around the whole neighborhood(at least 1 hour)
3. practice jumping(I look at the roof in my house and try to reach it)
4. do 60 sit ups and 60 push ups (not easy at first)
5. lift weights for half-hour
6. drink a bottle of water and take some rest
7. EAT HEALTHY!
