20layups (right and left)
4 sets of 25 form shooting drill
50 freethrows
20 jumpshot(right and left)
figure 8 drilling drill for 1 minute
two ball dribble down the court
50 pushups (5 sets of 10, 2 sets of 25, or 50 straight)
3 sets of 1 minute planks (gradually increase as it gets easier)
run up a hill 20 times or run 1 mile
25 lungs
25 box jumps
jumprope 150 times
...............break..........
50 freethrows
(always remember to shoot freethrows after every workout)
