· Help organize and set-up practice schedule and plan. Responsible for scouting opponents and on court team preparation for upcoming opponents. Supervise study-hall, weight lifting and overall conditioning. Involved in the recruiting process of potential student-athletes.


Morris Revolution Professional Basketball Club-Atlantic Basketball Association
October 1996 - March 2000 Assistant Coach Morristown, NJ
· Responsible for individual player development and scouting opponents. -Responsible for practice and game day coaching defensive strategy. -Coordinate practice drills in preparation for upcomming opponents.-Spoke on the local sports radio talk show weekly to discuss team highlights, player transactions and club promotions.

· Planned individual workout drills for forwards and centers. -Reviewed methods for breaking down defensive strategy.-Assist in planning, developing and promoting a highly competitive off-season basketball camp.-Aided the general manager in promoting and helping their 1995 free agent camp that attracted nearly 100 players from more than 20 states.

· Responsible for on-court practice and practice planning. -Directed weight-training and physical conditioning. -Instituted offensive and defensive strategies in preparation for games.-Overall team academic grade point average improved from 2.1 to 2.7 during coaching tenure, as well as 3 players being named to school's honor roll for individual GPA's of 3.0 or above.
