Story: Began playing basketball in the 7th grade. Loved it, and wanted to get better at it. Played ball at any chance I could get. By the time I was a senior in high school, I was the team's MVP averaging 19pts and 11reb playing at the 4 position. I was recruited by mid to low major division-one schools but I ended up getting a scholarship to play ball at a highly competitive division-two school in the NorthEast reigon (NE-10 to be exact.) I started at the five position at Bryant University for four years until I graduated. I really felt that they were playing me out of position. For that level I would have been a better match up at the 3/4 position. Going to school there was a tough transition too because for the first three years, we were division two. I can really shoot the mid-range jumper. I can consistenly knock those down. The three point shooting range needs work. I am a face up player. I really like to face the basket, show the ball, then make a move. My last and final year the university made the transition to division-one and I was playing against NBA caliber centers such as Hasheem Thabeet. We played Four Big East Teams. We also played Boston College and Iowa. All of which had centers that were 6'10 at the least. For the most part I would describe myself as a workhorse on the court. I am like a Bull always going full speed and playing hard at all times. I am not flashy, I just like to get the job done. I am the type of person that would have 20 rebs than20 points just because rebounding is such a valuable part to the game of basketball. I truly beleive that with the right guidance I can become an overseas player. With the right contacts/connections I can make it happen. I am passionate about the game of basketball and I am fully capable of getting the job done, whatever it is. Hopefully someone out there is willing to give me a try. That person would not regret giving me a chance.
